For some reason the original "Movies With Good Nails" thread got all tangled up and would not accept any more posts. So, that thread has been closed. Thanks to FF for alerting me to the problem. He did it. We'll blame him.
Let's carry on here ....

"Living Dead Girl" ("La Morte Vivante") a film by Rollin, master of Euro-horror. The star (I've forgotten the actress' name) is a young woman who died and is resurrected as a carniverous zombie who dispatches her victims with long, sharp fingernails. Lots of eye-gouging and throat-tearing. She isn't made up to look like a corpse, in fact as the movie progresses she becomes lovelier, and her nails are unpolished and whilst perhaps artificial, they don't look obviously so. The movie was, I believe, filmed in the early 1980s and available on DVD.

I meant this movie here: http://www.dvdvisionjapan.com/cats.html It's based on the manga Comics with the same name. Although it gets burned down in this review. I was wondering what a nail enthousiast thought about it. I never saw it myself. Sr |
