If I'm not mistaken the guy ripped her off. There were a few sites back then that all looked alike and I think they were done by the same guy. I think he was behind the "Scratch you" and "Fingernail girl" sites as well. As far as I know he has stopped producing because the sites aren't updated anymore except the "Fingernail girl" site and that just seems to be old material still being posted.
