As Leni said its been tried and failed. First off the LNBs ratio to men is waaaayyy off.

Second do the LNBs want to further be objectified as they are fighting that regularly already, I think not.

And third...you need to remember to state that it is the women who should have the long nails. There has been some confusion about this point in the past.

Well-- I wouldn't put it that way, in my experience especially in foreign countries, an attractive women with such extremely long nails is considered even sexier in most cultures. I don't think the nails would be the first thing guys notice-- face, lips, other features and attitude tend to do that-- but they do amp up the sexiness factor.

Again, it varies from place to place but it's certainly true in Latin America (which is also why in the USA at least, Latina women in heavily culturally Latino regions-- such as SW states and Florida, where Spanish is the main language and Latino holidays and celebrations predominate-- tend to be the one community where pretty women do consistently have very long nails). It's a mark of beauty there, and gorgeous women tend to wear their nails very long. Similar in Germany and a few nearby countries.

It's also definitely true in Japan, something like a capital of LNB culture, where the top stars, musicians and of course the pretty models consistently have very, very long nails. Also in Korea, and especially so in China and Taiwan. Keep an eye out for China-- 1.4 billion people in that place and an LNB culture that's starting to rival Japan's as its own economy advances.
