Hi folks

i recently read a copy of Asian Woman magazine and was amazed at the ammount of LNB's featured.

Seems as though Long nails are still a fashion trend for Asian women who generally have fab nails

Definitely true-- long nails on beautiful women are greatly prized in East Asia, as they are in Latin America and in Germany for some reason. These are the 3 best places for LNB's IMHO. In East Asia itself, Japan may well be the best LNB country, gorgeous women everywhere in stiletto heels with sexy nails and amazing design. Taiwan's wonderful too (Chinese but heavy Japanese influence there), as is Korea and, increasingly, mainland China as well.

If you ever see the East Asian singers, almost all of the top women singers in those countries are LNB's-- Koda Kumi and Ayumi Hamasaki in Japan, Jolin Tsai in Taiwan, many of the Korean singers IIRC.

If you're doing the expat thing, for reasons of language acquisition, Latin America and Germany are easier and have incredibly gorgeous long-nailed beauties, but if you can master languages easily and can pick up Japanese, Chinese and Korea, then by all means go for it!

Stringer trust me, I've been to all those places (military and then private-sector work), and the Subcontinent just doesn't place much of an emphasis on this. You can see this in e.g. the Bollywood and other films. Don't get me wrong, I love these movies and the Hindi/Bengali film and cultural industry in general, it's truly brilliant art and culture and I'd recommend it to anyone. South Asia is perhaps my favorite place to visit, and I'll take a good Hindi movie above most Hollywood movies any day! But as for, uh-- the topic of this forum, long nails aren't really an emphasis for the women there, at least not to the extent as what you'll encounter elsewhere.

Whereas, the pop culture, music, films and TV shows in Japan (especially), Taiwan, China and Korea routinely links women's beauty with long and beautifully decorated nails. Japan is really central to this-- almost all the major Japanese women singers have long nails with sexy decorations on them, and this applies as much to the pretty "josei" on the subway and in the office as it does to the sexy gravure models, AV girls (very hot BTW), race queens, idols and otherwise, with long decorated nails and scantily clad in outrageously sexy outfits. Japan really is an LNB paradise, so much so that Japan has major contests for nail designs that are used, for example, by very popular Japanese cultural icons like Koda Kumi (the #1 female singer in Japan and East Asia in general) and Ayumi Hamasaki (the #2 singer).

If anything, my major frustration in Japan was that I never learned Japanese very well, which obviously cut down majorly on dating opportunities (though there were still a very few nice dates there!). That's why most of the links for the gorgeous Japanese and other Asian LNB's I've provided here (Koda, Miyu Tachibana, Akemi Katsuki among others) are actually links my friends have sent me, since they actually do know the language! Same with Taiwan and especially China these days-- just teeming with gorgeous women with long nails, so emphasized in the culture that again, the fashion trends from the top music and TV icons to the beauties on the street place a high emphasis on long nails with nail art, nail jewelry and nail designs, as in Japan.

The #1 female singer in Taiwan e.g. is the spectacularly beautiful, sexy and titillating Jolin Tsai, who is also an LNB par excellence. She sings in Mandarin Chinese and isn't well known in the USA but next to Koda Kumi and some of the other Japanese and Korean women singers, she's top-rated among the beautiful starlets in East Asia. Hard to describe how gorgeous she is-- her look is somehow a hybrid of girl-next-door sweetness and alluring, intimidating vamp, especially in her lingerie-type outfits even on stage. And she routinely does incredible dance routines in 7" stiletto heels! Check her out:

Now, keep in mind that Koda Kumi, Ayu-chan, Jolin and the other LNB Asian starlets in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China and even Vietnam are the fashion trendsetters for the raven-haired beauties of the region, and you can figure out why I was very happy being posted there. I only wish I could speak better Japanese/Chinese/Korean than I did (which is to say, if I could only speak the languages even to a rudimentary level!)

As for Germany-- my friend, the only way you could doubt Germany as an LNB paradise in its own right is if you haven't been there! I've been there for over 2 years on various stays, and Germany, again, is just teeming with sexy, busty LNB's about anywhere you go and in all kinds of delightful varieties-- the native German women, the millions of Eastern European beauties who've settled there, as well as the East and South Asians and Turks who emulate the culture there, which prizes long nails on beautiful women.

One of the sexiest women I've ever seen was a strawberry-blonde, 41-year-old German woman in Hannover (one of the university/high tech hubs in Germany), who was a company vice-president with a university affiliation and with 3 kids at home, who had incredible long, red/pink curving nails with nail designs that were somehow classy and professional while being bodaciously sexy at the same time. She also had a fondness for stiletto heels and a kind of red-violet lipstick that, in combination with the way she'd suggestively stroke her glass with her nails, made it almost impossible to talk with her on business matters w/o being distracted. She was married so I obviously never had the chance to date her-- but fortunately, her style was much in vogue there and in the other German cities!

The only drawback to the dating scene in Germany, is that the beautiful women there also have pretty high expectations for the guy they're hanging out with-- this is not the time to be out of shape, out of work and idle, they want to be with a guy who can speak good enough German to engage in smart conversation and who's actually on the ball. (There was a period when I was getting the business together where I certainly was not on the ball and things were rather frustrating overall, though they perked up when I got my own act together.) Many of the women you'll meet on a day's travels are similarly sexy, believe me if you have a chance to move abroad and become an expat, Germany is a very nice option!

In any case, I'm glad we're in total agreement on Latin America, where long nails on beautiful women are also prized. Honestly, one of the best perks about living in Florida or in Southwestern states-- provided that you can speak pretty good Spanish (which you need to get a good job anyway)-- is the availability of so many gorgeous, sensual Latina LNB's all around you, without even having to leave the country! Honestly, if you want to learn a language to help date a beautiful LNB, Spanish will give you the best mileage in so many places including in the United States. German's awesome in Europe but not here as much obviously. Japanese, Chinese, Korean-- they're ideal IMHO, but I just was never smart enough to learn them well, although if you've got a knack for languages then by all means start studying!

You've certainly done some homework there..well done and thanks from all of us.

You're correct about the Asian women, they seem to have been born with these long, slim hands and fingers that support and grow beautiful nails.
I have seen and photographed many natural beauties (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indian, Pakistani etc.....

I've just spent a long time searching through Jolin's photo stuff on Google and apart from many pictures with what appear to be thick glued on fakes I didn't see anything real..... are these the sort of nails you are referring to in your comments?

Finally, the LNBs you have found in Germany, are these women with applied fakes?
If so then I agree, there are quite a few floating around.

I too have spent a lot of time in Germany, hundreds of visits both for work and pleasure, but never.... I repeat NEVER have I found any woman with any hand beauty, hands that can compare to Asian or Middle Eastern women.
It just isn't there. ( exceptions of course are the immigrant community)

There are the exceptions, here in our web-community we have seen over the years maybe six stars from Germany who do 'have it'

It's actually fascinating this geographical natural 'nail thing'... Italy, France, Belgium, Ireland and much of Scandinavia also rank in the 'no-nail' department yet in Spain things are much brighter.

Of course, when we move over to Eastern Europe, then we're in a different nail world altogether as we are in S.America

I must agree that from what I have seen via the internet - I haven't yet been fortunate enough to visit Japan etc - the type of LNB's sport my idea of perfect nails.

I saw you mentioned Miyu Tachibana - is she one of these ladies and does anyone know where i can find more pics etc? I can post all the ones I have.
